By the time that you get to the airport, you are exhausted from carrying Lolo and Tasi.

“I need to put you two down,” you tell them. You look up at the sky above the airport, and see airplanes taking off and landing all around.

“It is too loud to stay here long,” Lolo says.

“We’ll only be here long enough to find the pet shop,” you assure them. “There is a good chance that it will land here.”

“And just as good a change that it won’t,” Tasi reminds you.

“What’s that?” Singer asks, pointing her snout toward something in the sky. It is hard to make out, but you are sure that it isn’t a plane.

“It’s a UFO!” Lolo exclaims.

“No, Lolo,” Tasi says. “Aliens don’t exist, silly pup!”

“A UFO is an unidentified flying object, and right now we don’t know what that is, and it is flying,” Singer explains.

“Whatever it is, it isn’t landing where we are,” you inform everyone. “We need to get over there.”

You pick up the two little pups and follow Singer towards the UFO.

“Is it safe to meet with aliens?” Lolo asks. You pause.

“Um, I don’t know,” you say. “It depends on whether they are friendly or not. We aren’t sure if this UFO is the pet shop or something else.”

“I saw it land,” Singer says. “And that wasn’t the pet shop. It was something else.”

“Come on,” Tasi says. “We need to go. I saw it and I know that it was what we’re looking for, right Lolo? You saw it.”

“I don’t know,” she says. “I just don't want to meet any aliens, especially the unfriendly kind!”

You say:

“Calm down, Lolo. We aren’t going to meet any aliens. Tasi saw the pet shop, so let’s go.” {D-7-A}

“Something feels off. What if Singer’s right, and it is an alien craft after all?” {D-7-B}
