The food is so delicious that you close your eyes to savor it. A warm breeze blows in your face, and under your wings, and then-- Wait a minute, wings? you say to yourself, as you realize that you are now a bird just like Sunny.

You’re surrounded by a flock of sun conures led by Sunny, as you fly in circles over the highest waterfall you’ve ever seen. As you wonder where you are you hear Sunny say “It’s Gocta Falls! My favorite waterfall in all of South America!” The flock flies for hours and you get to try all the maneuvers you’ve always dreamed of doing if you were a bird.

You tell Sunny your new wings are getting tired and the two of you decide to find a perch to rest on. As you descend, Sunny flies into a bird that wasn’t paying attention to where it was flying. The two tumble across a huge tree branch and you land nearby. Suddenly, a tiny, frightened baby monkey snuggles up to you. Instinctively, you put your wing around it and call out to Sunny, “Are you ok?”

“Funny running into you like this, Tocayo,” Sunny exclaims while getting up off of the toucan she flew into. “Maybe consider looking where you are flying next time.”

“Sorry, Sunny. I was looking around to see if I could find any marmosets,” Tocayo says.

“What’s a marmoset?” you ask, and both Sunny and Tocayo look at the little monkey hiding under your wing.

“That’s a marmoset,” they both say together. You put the baby behind your back, protecting it from the large billed toucan.

“No, you have the wrong idea my friend. I’m looking for other marmosets because this one is lost. I want to return the baby to its family,” Tocayo explains.

“I would say Tocayo wouldn’t hurt a fly, but I am a little banged up from our crash landing,” Sunny assures you. “Tocayo and I go way back. It seems that toucans like to help others.”

“We do,” Tocayo says. “Now, I need to help this little baby find its family. I just don’t know which way to go. I don’t remember if marmosets normally live in the lowland jungle or up high in the mountain valleys. The baby is too young to tell us.”

You say:

“I have a feeling that we need to fly high up into the mountains and we’ll find more marmosets.” {B-IV-A}
