You run as fast as you can to the barn while Winston flies just above you.

“They’re trapped,” cries the rancher. “I can’t get to them.”

“Up here!” Winston yells down. “Catch!” Suddenly a really big bucket nearly hits you in the face. Thankfully the rancher catches it. “Get in!”

You get in the bucket that is attached to a rope and pulley. Winston and the rancher pull down on the rope, hoisting you into the air and through an opening at the top of the barn. They lower you down and you see two scared children huddling under a fallen door.

You extend your arm to grab hold of the closest of the children when you hear a loud SNAP! The rope broke and now you are stuck too. You want to approach the barn door but it is on fire. You cover your mouth with your clothes to limit the amount of smoke you are inhaling. You notice that the roof of the barn is on fire and you decide to hide under the fallen door while holding the scared, young children.

“Everything is going to be ok,” you tell them over their crying. “Your dad is right outside. He…” You’re interrupted by a huge CRACK! The roof begins to cave in.

It is hard to see through the smoke, but a puff of pink hits your eyes. It hurts less than the smoke, but you shut them anyway. Suddenly, you aren’t hot any more. There isn’t any smoke. You open your eyes and realize that you are back in your room at home.

“What happened? You ask.

“A little magic.” Winston replies.

“And the children?” You inquire.

“They are safe, just like you” Winston reports. “The are at their grandparents house. You were very brave going to help them. Want to go back to Australia and have another adventure with me.”

“Maybe later,” you honestly reply. “I think I had enough magic for awhile.”
