You pick up Tasi and look at her sternly.

“I don’t think any of you should be out of your cages,” you say, picking up the little dog, “and being fancy or not doesn’t make a difference!”

“You’re exactly right,” a man’s voice says from behind you. You turn around, still holding Tasi in your arms, and see the owner of the pet shop standing at the doorway. “Tasi’s been kind of naughty, but she’s generally a good little dog, right, Tasi?”

Tasi whimpers dejectedly, looking soulfully at the pet shop owner.

“Tasi still has a lot to learn,” the pet shop owner says. “But now it's time for her to go for a walk. My assistant is running late. Do you want to take her?”

“Absolutely!” you say.

“A couple of other dogs need a walk too,” he says. “Can you handle three puppies at once?”

“Sure can,” you reply.

“Great. Let me get their leashes.” The pet shop owner grabs three leashes and attaches them to Tasi, Singer, and Lolo.

“I just met those dogs,” you say.

The pet shop owner just smiles as he hands you the leashes and some small plastic baggies. He shows you the way out to the backyard area designed to walk dogs. The pet shop owner watches you play with your three new friends for a few moments and then retreats into the shop.

All four of you fall to the ground from the extreme force coming out of the pet shop as it tears away from its foundations, levitates above the street, and then flies off into the distance. As you stare in amazement at the remarkable sight, you notice something small drop out of the sky and into a nearby tree.

“The pet shop!” Tasi says. “Go after it!”

“Wait,” Singer pleads. “We need to help that animal that fell into the tree.”

You say

“I think I can still see the pet shop. Run!” {D-4-B}

Or

“I hope whatever fell isn’t hurt. We need to check it out.” {D-4-A}
